About Us


Allen Lawrence, MD, PhD - Medical Director

Dr. Allen Lawrence is the Medical Director of Ozone Medical Corporation and also serves as the Medical Director of Advanced Wellness in Pasadena, California. He has over 30 years of experience in wellness, prevention, functional-integrative medicine, and hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Lawrence believes lifestyle modification, natural treatments, and mind-body-spirit treatments to prevent illness and to improve overall health and well-being.


Dr. Lawrence was traditionally trained at UC Irvine Medical School. He performed his medical internship at USC Los Angeles County Hospital, U.S. Air Force, and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. His passion for learning continued as he also pursued a Master’s in Human Nutrition and a Ph.D. in Psychology at the Pacific Institute for Advanced Studies in Los Angeles, California. He also served as a Clinical Instructor and Adjunct Professor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA School of Medicine and the Department Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and was a Supervisor and Instructor for the Nurse Practitioner Training program UCLA. Dr. Lawrence has lectured throughout the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Guam, and Mexico.


Dr. Lawrence has authored and published 23 books, written more than 100 articles, and developed many patient education programs discussing natural treatments, methods of prevention, and information on how to regain your health and wellness. Many of his articles, books, and educational programs focus on stress, stress-related illnesses, and healing.

When Dr. Lawrence is not working, he enjoys a long drive, watching movies, and spending time with his girlfriend. 

Hannah Grushkowsky, DNP Nurse Practitioner Director

Hannah Grushkowsky, Nurse Practitioner, is nationally dual-board certified in Adult-Gerontology and Family Practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Hannah graduated with honors from University of San Diego with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), the highest level of advanced practice nursing degree.


While obtaining her doctorate degree, she conducted an evidence-based practice study on the prevention of functional decline in hospitalized geriatric patients through mobility. Prior to working as Nurse Practitioner, she worked in an acute care hospital as an Inpatient Registered Nurse for 6 years.


Hannah received her Master’s degree from UCLA. During this time she conducted research in partnership with one of her professors to study the importance of calcium supplementation in adolescence. Their work was subsequently published in The Journal of Sports Medicine.

In August 2020, Allen Lawrence, MD, the Medical Director, and Hannah Grushkowsky, the Nurse Practitioner Director partnered to form Dr. Ozone, a medical corporation that is a mission-focused practice to provide individualized preventative medicine with an emphasis on specialized immunity boosting, health optimization, biohacking, and anti-aging treatments. Hannah presented at the 2021 and 2022 Ozone Convention to discuss shifting the paradigm and focusing on preventative health. The talks focused on how IV Ozone has been used in the practice as an immunity booster with testimonials and case studies from their patients.

When she is not working she enjoys cooking, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Shara Amzallag, MSN, RN
VP of Operations

Shara has been a practicing nurse since 2013 working at two of California's top rated hospitals, UCSF and UCLA Medical Center. She graduated with honors from San Francisco State University with a Master’s degree in Nursing, and holds two bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Kinesiology.

After working for many years in the hospital, she realized that patient care must start with preventative medicine. Shara is thrilled to be applying her passion for holistic living, mental wellness, the mind-gut connection, anti-aging science, and the power of good nutrition to this practice.
